My session cost is £45. Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes long. This applies to face-to-face, and online counselling. I sometimes have some lower cost places available, so if you feel you'd like to work with me but find this fee difficult do get in touch and we can discuss - I believe everyone should have access to professional therapy despite financial circumstances.
Our first session will enable us to decide whether we would like to work together. From here we can decide your aims and the details of further meetings if you decide to go ahead. There is no obligation to continue after this initial session.
It is important that you feel confident in my abilities. Here is a list of some of my qualifications.I am very happy to show you the certificates.
